Jeff Bartlam is co-founder and serves as president of Shale Support, LLC. His proven history of successful management and financial transaction services has helped to lead the company in securing over $200 million in financing to develop infrastructure and fund working capital for the company’s San Antonio, Texas location.
Bartlam is a recognized expert in private company valuations. He’s been published in Mergers and Acquisitions Magazine and served as featured speakers on private company valuations for the American Management Association and the Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals and M&A strategy.
S. KEVIN BOWEN, CEO AND CO-FOUNDER
Kevin Bowen, co-founder and CEO of Shale Support Holdings, LLC has over 20 years of business development and operational experience. Bowen has developed and shaped the vision of Shale Support Holdings, LLC, assembling and leading the team needed to achieve the vision of a vertically integrated logistical company, geared towards supporting the emerging shale oil and gas markets from concept to reality, in just two short years.
DANIEL NERI, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Dan Neri serves as the executive vice president of new business ventures for Shale Support Holdings, LLC. With more than 40 years of experience in the chemical industry, Neri has extensive knowledge of the chemical and petrochemical businesses and has built a network of strong relationship with executive-level customers in the industry.
Prior to joining Shale Support, Neri was vice president and general manager of Mallard Creek Polymers. He currently serves on the Board of Directors.
SHANE SUMMERS, VICE PRESIDENT, LOGISTICS
Shane Summers serves as vice president of logistics for Shale Support Holdings, LLC where he oversees all aspects of the logistics department, ensuring that all services are in line with the organization’s policies, procedures and business goals.
Summers previously worked as a logistics/terminal manager, director of rail logistics and survey engineer/regional manager for major energy and technology corporations. In addition to his professional experience, he is also a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
CHARLES R. CASWELL, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Charles R. Caswell has served as chief financial officer of Shale Support Holdings, LLC since 2013. He has more than 23 years of professional experience with progressive responsibilities in senior corporate finance and accounting positions.
Prior to joining the organization, Caswell held the position of treasurer/vice president of finance for an energy services corporation.
PAUL DEVILLE, VICE PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS
Paul DeVille serves as vice president of operations and brings nearly 20 years of experience to his role with Shale Support. DeVille oversees every aspect of operations for the company, from the raw materials at the dry plant to the production, maintenance, construction, rail loading and logistics, process engineering and design of the company’s finished products. He is instrumental in defining quality, production, environmental and safety standards for Shale Support’s superior proppant solutions, aggregate and specialty products.
SCOTTIE BAYMAN, DIRECTOR OF QUALITY CONTROL
Scottie Bayman joined the Shale Support operations team in January of 2013 and currently serves as director of quality control, responsible for maintaining over watch and retention sampling of all fracturing sand products throughout their lifetime. Under Bayman’s leadership, the Shale Support quality control program holds an impressive record of not having one rail car or purchase order refused by a customer for quality control issues.
