July 17, 2018 (HOUSTON) – Shale Support, a leading provider of frac-sand and logistical solutions to the oil and gas proppant market, today announced the hiring of Leslie Gillespie who is joining the Shale Support team as the director of supply chain, and Keith Tubandt who will serve as vice president of production management.
In this role, Gillespie will be responsible for overseeing the company’s production, logistics and sales capabilities. Tubandt will oversee all production for the organization including the daily production, process improvements at both the wet and dry plants, overseeing the capital improvements for new product lines to the company and the preventative maintenance program to optimize the plant’s overall production availability.

Before joining Shale Support, Gillespie was employed at Superior Silica Sands working her way from master scheduler to supply chain manager. Additionally, she worked in materials, shipping and receiving, export compliance and forecasting for an avionics company.
Most recently, Tubandt consulted fulltime for American Silica and helped to improve and implement the construction of a new processing system for the frac sand in Black Rock, Arkansas.
Gillespie will office in Fort Worth, Texas, and report directly to president and co-founder, Jeff Bartlam. Tubandt will be based out of Picayune, Mississippi, also reporting to Bartlam.
